DARK CROWN TOYS (暗黑王冠) doesn’t do soldiers or maids — it does hell. The Chinese studio’s 1/6 line is pure dark fantasy: demon lords, oni and chaos clowns, wrapped in multi-part armor and lit up with LEDs. The Dark Blood Soul Hunter (DB003) is the flagship of that vision.

The package

The Soul Hunter’s head sculpt hides blue LED eyes behind a demonic visage, mounted on a body with ferrite-style movable joints. Over it goes the 26-part “Lord of Hell” armor set, plus five hand sets, purgatory wands (crescent and scythe ends), two Blades of Hades, a Soul Lock and a demon skull.

The centerpiece is the LED “Soul Hunting Nexus” pedestal — a light-up diorama base with remote control that turns the figure into a display piece even standing still. A “DARK BLOOD” storybook chapter rounds out the lore.

Why it matters

DB003 was ~$321–350 at retail and is now sold out through regular channels — like most Dark Crown releases, including the 365-set limited Burning Souls Crimson. The aftermarket (e.g. secondhand listings around $185) is currently the realistic route. For collectors of the dark-fantasy niche — the same shelf that holds COOMODEL’s hell figures — Dark Crown is one of the few Chinese studios building original infernal characters at this scale and finish.
