Fusion Fantasy "Heroes" Three Kingdoms 1/12: Lu Bu, Guan Yu, Zhang Fei × DAMTOYS
Contents
Fusion Fantasy (融幻模玩), the mainland-Chinese studio behind the 1/6 “Saint Erosion” line, is tackling one of the most demanded subjects in Chinese collectible figures: the Three Kingdoms. The “Odes of Heroes” (英雄赋) series — Lu Bu, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei in 1/12 — is made with DAMTOYS, and pre-orders opened at the DAMTOYS flagship store on Tmall. Guan Yu is priced at ¥488 (about US$68) for the standard version and ¥528 (about US$74) for the deluxe, with three-figure sets at ¥1,400 and ¥1,520; no official US-dollar prices have been announced. The pre-order window closed on 23 January 2026, and the manufacturer is guiding for Q4 2026 delivery — described as imminent.

The package
The Guan Yu standard version shown here packs the character’s full iconography: the Green Dragon Crescent Blade as the centerpiece, plus the Green Dragon Sword and sheath, a pouch, the Spring and Autumn Annals bamboo scroll and a bamboo tube — character props that go beyond the usual weapon-and-hands kit. Four pairs of hands and a sprint hand cover posing, a movable-eye adjustment tool is included, and the figure ships on a stand base.
Deluxe versions add the expected premium touches (check the specific retailer’s listing for the exact deluxe contents — they vary), and the three-figure sets bundle Lu Bu, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei together at a discount to the individual prices: ¥1,400 for the standard set versus ¥1,464 if bought separately.
Why it matters
Three Kingdoms subjects are the home turf of Chinese 1/6 makers, but a dedicated 1/12 line with this level of period costuming is still relatively rare — most 1/12 historical figures from Chinese studios lean toward fantasy or modern subjects. Fusion Fantasy’s partnership with DAMTOYS matters here too: DAMTOYS has deep experience with historical Chinese figures, and the Tmall flagship-store debut gives the line the widest possible domestic reach.
For overseas collectors, the domestic pre-order is closed, but the Singapore route is open: ohmyprimus (also selling via Carousell) is taking pre-orders at S$98 per standard figure and S$106 deluxe — about S$98–135 per figure as listed — with sets at S$278 and S$298, and their page currently shows a Q1 2027 ETA, a reminder that overseas stock tends to trail the domestic Q4 2026 guidance. If you want all three heroes, the set pricing is the better value either way.
