FZ Art Studio follows its Flying General Lu Bu with the second most requested figure in the 1/6 Three Kingdoms space: Guan Yu (Guan Yunchang), the God of War, in the Heroes of War: Shu Chapter — 威震华夏 (Awe-Inspiring China) release. Three SKUs cover the range — FZ041/FZ042 standard editions and the FZ043 deluxe.

FZ Art Studio Guan Yu FZ041 1/6 figure

The figure

The standard editions ship with a realistic Guan Yu head sculpt featuring magnetic movable eyes and a hand-planted tan-sheep-wool beard — the signature long beard, done properly. The figure stands about 37.5 cm tall (helmet top to sole) on an articulated body with eleven hands. The costume is a full armor set with layered robes, outer robe, cape, sash and waist fittings. Weapons include the iconic ~55 cm Green Dragon Crescent Blade (青龙偃月刀) and a sword with scabbard, plus a bamboo scroll, a stool, a display stand and a nameplate.

Deluxe edition

The FZ043 deluxe adds a second head sculpt and the centerpiece: an articulated horse with 13 points of articulation, complete with horse armor and a flag set with poles and bases — the full God of War tableau.

Availability

Domestic retailers listed the standard at ¥1588 and the deluxe at ¥2688, and the domestic pre-order window closed on 16 October 2026 — so this one is written in the past tense. That said, overseas retailers may still have allocation, so it’s worth checking before the slots fill. Release is estimated for Q3 2027. Product photography via 拆盒网 (chaihezi.com).

Why it matters

Guan Yu is the safest bet in the 1/6 historical market — the one Three Kingdoms figure every collection eventually wants — and FZ Art is treating him as a flagship: magnetic eyes, a properly planted beard, and a 13-joint horse on the deluxe. If you missed the domestic window, the overseas route is the play.
