Langzhou CC9135 Yao Chen Half-Saint 1/6: A Battle Through the Heavens Figure
Contents
Battle Through the Heavens (斗破苍穹) is one of China’s defining xianxia IPs — the story of Xiao Yan, a fallen prodigy clawing his way back to the top of a cultivation world. And behind every one of his comebacks stands the man who made them possible: Yao Chen, better known as Yao Lao, the legendary alchemist whose spirit guided Xiao Yan from inside his mother’s ring. After Xiao Yan forges him a new body, Yao Chen returns at Half-Saint strength — and that is the version Langzhou (Cosmic Creations) is bringing to 1/6. The CC9135 Yao Chen, Half-Saint is officially licensed, and — here’s the timely part — a Taiwan retailer lists it as shipping this month.

The package
The figure wears Yao Lao’s elder look: a layered white outer robe with blue flame-pattern detailing over darker inner robes, a broad black belt with an ornate buckle, and long flowing white hair. The headline accessory is a translucent white flame effect for his raised hand — a nod to his signature Bone Chilling Flame, the alchemist’s calling card.
Langzhou’s promo collage also shows a swappable head sculpt (labeled 半圣 + 可替换头雕 — Half-Saint plus replaceable head sculpt), extra flame effects, a robe-detail close-up, and a set of interchangeable hands — so there is posing range beyond the signature flame-casting stance. The promo art carries a limited-edition marking, though what that entails hasn’t been spelled out.
No price has been published yet — the Taiwan listing shows only a placeholder figure, and there is no USD pricing — so collectors will have to wait for real retailer pricing to land.
Why it matters
Yao Lao is arguably the emotional core of Battle Through the Heavens: the mentor, the teacher, the one character every fan of the IP has a soft spot for. Langzhou keeps building out its licensed Battle Through the Heavens 1/6 line, and a mentor figure like Yao Chen rounds out the shelf in a way another fighter can’t.
The timing is the story here: with shipping slated for October 2026, this is one of the rare pre-orders you can still catch before it lands, rather than waiting out a year-long production window.
The figure is up for pre-order at a Taiwan Ruten seller (estimated shipping October 2026); no price has been published yet.
