COWL × Romankey: The 1/12 Body Customizers Swear By

Not every great 1/12 release is a character. COWL Production’s super-actional male body — co-developed with Romankey — is the blank canvas half the Chinese 1/12 scene builds on.

The body

163 mm of dense articulation: crunching torso, deep-split hips, rocker ankles — the joint set customizers need for martial-arts poses, and clean enough sculpting to wear 1/12 cloth outfits without lumps. Offered in multiple skin tones, it’s the go-to base for kit-bashes, original characters, and anyone whose dream figure doesn’t exist yet.

COWL Production built its reputation on 1/12 bodies — including the male body co-developed with Romankey. The Oni Ghost Girl is what happens when that engineering gets a character: a horned oni girl in a white bodysuit, offered as CP00 (standard) and CP01 (deluxe), in make-up and makeup-free versions.

The package

The “Ghostly Body” underneath is the real story — deep articulation tuned for expressive anime poses — dressed up with 3 interchangeable face plates, 2 pairs of movable eyeballs (with adjustment rod), 10 pairs of hands, and a display stand. The deluxe version adds painted detailing throughout.
